These terms apply to your use of bridgepointservicesscotland.com and the services provided by Bridge Point Services Scotland.
1. About us
Bridge Point Services Scotland is a Scotland-based platform that connects customers with tradespeople and supports people back into work. We are currently in our pre-launch network-building phase.
2. Using our platform
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting any form on the website, not to misuse the platform, and to comply with all applicable laws.
3. Customer requests
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a tradesperson will be available for your job. We will use reasonable endeavours to match you with a suitable tradesperson from our network, but we are not a party to any contract you enter into with a tradesperson.
4. Tradesperson registration
Acceptance into our network is at our sole discretion and is subject to checks on credentials, insurance and example work. We may suspend or remove tradespeople from the network at any time, particularly where complaints are upheld.
5. Job-seeker support
We will make reasonable efforts to support job seekers, but we cannot guarantee any specific outcome, role, or interview.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridge Point Services Scotland is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the work or conduct of third-party tradespeople, or from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website is the property of Bridge Point Services Scotland unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or republish it without our permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
